Blue Cards: Please return the blue cards to Lucrecia as soon as possible.
Deadlines: Please adhere to deadlines. When you receive a memo, please read it in its entirety and mark the deadline on your calendar to ensure that it is completed on time. Please notify the responsible party, at your earliest convenience, if you won't be able to complete the work by the given deadline. Often times, multiple people's workflows are dependent on the given deadline.
F&P and Writing Assessments: You will enter both reading and writing assessment results on the data portal by clicking on the following link http://reports.ps201.org/. Click on the “Please click to Enter your F&P Scores/ Writing Assessment Results” link then click on your name.
Staff Calendar: Please log on to the staff calendar to view all the scheduled events. The calendar is live. We add to the calendar events on a daily basis. You can access the calendar on the ps201.org page. Under the "Staff" link please select the "Staff Calendar" from the drop down menu. The direct link is http://www.ps201.org/staff-calendar.
Kinvolved App: I am aware that some of you are having issues with the Kinvolved App. I am working with the technical support from Kinvolved to address the issues. Please let me know if you are still having issues logging attendance on the Kinvolved App. Please see below documents for help.
Remind App: we use the remind app to communicate with parents school-wide events and announcements. Please ask parents to text @ps201 to 81010 to subscribe. They can also send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to receive messages via email.

Tickets for ‘Dads, Bring your Child to School’ event will be placed in your mailbox. Please distribute immediately. Pre-K - Grade 2 event is scheduled for Tuesday; Grades 3-5 takes place Wednesday.
Timeframe for administration of Fountas & Pinnell Reading Assessment ends Tuesday, September 25th. Please enter your students’ reading levels online as per memo sent by Ms. Heskial.

Each website serves a different purpose. Here is a quick explanation of each:
Google.com: This is where our "G Suite" domain is located. We share documents related to curriculum, planning as well as many other resources. We also can use this domain for Google Classroom (students have accounts too)
PS201.org: This is our official school website, open to the public. While parents and students will use this website to access resources and obtain information, staff members will also login to protected areas of the website for purposes such as reading the Principal's Weekly or reserving a technology cart.
Reports.ps201.org: This is a staff-only website. We use this website to access documents, forms as well as enter data in a secure environment.
Ms. Calderon created a few video tutorials for each website to clarify the log in process, distinguish between websites, as well as provide some tips for an easier log in process. We hope you find them helpful! Please feel free to reach out to Ms. Calderon if you need help.
